Event videography questions
How much does an event videographer cost in Budapest?
Most events land between 700 and 2,000 EUR: one or two videographers for a day, sound recording and an edited highlight film. Large conferences, several cameras or a full crew cost more, and short jobs of an hour or two can be less. You'll get an exact quote the same day.
Do you also film in Vienna, Prague and other cities?
Yes. We travel across Europe for events: we've worked in Vienna and Istanbul, and Prague is an easy trip. Travel is simply part of the quote.
Can we have photos and video from the same team?
Yes. It's often easier and cheaper: one booking, one contact, and a consistent look across photos and video.
How do you record the speeches?
Wherever possible we take a clean feed from the venue's sound desk and record backup sound with our own wireless microphones at the same time, so every word is clear.
When do we get the film?
We agree the delivery date before the event and keep it. If you need clips during or right after the event for social media, tell us when you ask for the quote.
